Discussions: Direct messages and group chats in one inbox. Join public groups for specialty or hospital-wide threads.
Direct messages: Private chats between connected members. Message content is encrypted at rest in the database.
Updates: Healthcare and regulatory briefings by category — browse, mark viewed, and share what matters on the ward.

Security & privacy

Traffic uses HTTPS. Direct message bodies are encrypted at rest using database-level encryption. Report drafts on device use the platform secure storage APIs.

Row-level security limits data access to your account. You can update your password and request account deletion from Settings in the app.
